The Northlake Mandeville Rotary Club sponsored Jack Griffith and Mia Adams, both attending Mandeville High School, for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) camp, held each summer at the Solomon Episcopal Conference and Retreat Center.
They each gave a testimony about their amazing experiences, the valuable lessons learned, the friendships that were made and the importance of service above self. 
RYLA is a leadership development program for young people sponsored by Rotary International. The program aims to develop personal and leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, and management abilities. RYLA events are typically organized by local Rotary clubs and districts and can take the form of seminars, retreats or camps.
