Brooke Wallen, of the Lacombe Campus, was awarded the Northshore College Enhancement Foundation-Mandeville Rotary Annual Scholarship to support her education goals.
Chase Villeret and Courtney Gulledge represented the Northlake-Mandeville Rotary Club at the Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) Chancellor's Scholarship Breakfast at Benedict's in Mandeville.
