Rotarians have adopted the Mandeville Lakefront as part of the Keep Mandeville Beautiful program.  Once during most months, Rotarians pick up trash left by the many visitors to the Lakefront.  For June, the group above met early on Saturday, June 25, to beat the heat.  Cigarette butts are still the most voluminous item picked up, followed this month by paper and many discarded water bottle caps.  Pictured above are Rotarians Bob Matthews, Ben Motion, Jeanne Schram, Tom Quinn, and Doug Place.  A large number of people using the Lakefront stopped us and expressed their gratitude for our cleaning efforts.  Come join us for good exercise benefitting our community.
